Josephine Bedford

Josephine knows the Mountain West — not as an outsider who discovered it, but as someone who chose it, built a career in it, and keeps coming back to it. After studying at the University of Georgia, she made her way to Jackson Hole in 2001 and dove straight into real estate development across the region. Licensed in 2003, she built her foundation on the ground level — entry-level housing, rental management, and the unglamorous work that shapes a true market expert.

A decade in Napa and Sonoma sharpened her further. Working with exclusive properties in two of California's most discerning markets, she developed an instinct for what high-end clients actually need — not just a property, but the right one.
