Welcome to John Dodge

Named for an early homesteader of Jackson Hole, John Dodge was one of the earliest high-end, large parcel subdivisions west of the Snake River in Jackson Hole. A first of its type in Teton County, one of the nicest attributes for owners of real estate in John Dodge is the private access to about two miles of Snake River frontage. The John Dodge homeowners association issues a license to owners to access the Snake River for fly-fishing, cross-country skiing, wildlife watching, and hiking.

Using creative planning and design, John Dodge was divided into lots of 3 to 11 acres with protected views and privacy from neighbors. Its incredible location blends Teton Views, wildlife watching, and outdoor pursuits with the convenience of nearby city comforts. Teton Pines Resort boasts golfing on its 18-hole Arnold Palmer course under the Tetons, while the popular Aspen Market is a charming shopping destination – both just across the street.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is less than 10 minutes away and has recently been awarded the #1 Ski Resort in North America by Ski Magazine. Wilson, WY, at the base of Teton Pass, is just to the south. The town of Jackson is about 15 minutes away with its flourishing cultural and restaurant scene.
