The area south of the Town of Jackson offers a remote, open-country feel just minutes from downtown. It stretches from the neighborhoods at the edge of town through South Park and down to Hoback, where the Hoback River meets the Snake.

South of Jackson was the fastest-growing part of the valley in the first half of 2026, with 28 closings, a 33% increase over the same period last year.
