Teton Village sits at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, about 12 miles northwest of the Town of Jackson. It is the valley's home for true ski-in/ski-out living, with slopeside condos, resort residences and private homes steps from the Aerial Tram.
Year-round, the village offers more than skiing. Summer brings the Grand Teton Music Festival, mountain biking, hiking and easy access to Grand Teton National Park via the Moose-Wilson Road.
Teton Village posted 11 sales in the first half of 2026, compared with 10 a year earlier. Condo and townhome activity led the way, with 8 sales and roughly four times the dollar volume of the same period in 2025.
