Living in West Bank North, Jackson Hole

West Bank North is the stretch of Jackson Hole west of the Snake River and north of Highway 22, between the village of Wilson and Teton Village. It holds some of the valley's most prestigious addresses: golf-course homes in Teton Pines, creekside estates along Fish Creek, and large properties with unobstructed views of the Tetons.

Buyers choose West Bank North for three reasons: it is minutes from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, it puts Grand Teton National Park and the Moose-Wilson Road at the back door, and it is still only about 15 minutes from the Town of Jackson.

Homes and neighborhoods

• Teton Pines: a gated golf and tennis community with an Arnold Palmer-designed course, single-family homes, and townhomes.
• Fish Creek and Wilson: estate homes on larger lots along the creek, with easy access to the village of Wilson.
• Granite Ridge and the approach to Teton Village: newer luxury homes on the hillside with sweeping valley views.

Most homes here are single-family residences on half an acre to several acres. Many of the valley's $10 million-plus sales happen on the West Bank.
