Jackson Hole’s mountain scenery can take your breath away, and the Gros Ventre North and West neighborhoods offer some of the best views anywhere. Gros Ventre West, Bar Y Estates, and the gated communities of Gros Ventre North and Mountain Laurel are located about halfway between Jackson and Wilson. These neighborhoods sit high in aspen-dotted hills and look out at the Teton Range, the Snake River, and the 1,800 acres of the Walton Ranch, which are protected by a conservation easement.
West Gros Ventre Butte lots are large, ranging in size from 3 to 20 acres, and the neighborhood’s roads are well-maintained to provide easy access throughout the year. Teton Village, downtown Jackson, and Grand Teton National Park are all within a comfortable driving distance. At the end of the day, you can return home and feel like you’re in your own private mountain resort.
There are two ways to enjoy Jackson Hole. One is just taking in the natural beauty as a panorama. The other is from up close, while hiking and skiing, strolling the wooden sidewalks of downtown Jackson, or fly fishing on the Snake River.
