Owl Creek is a neighborhood waiting to be discovered. It has all the amenities homebuyers are looking for in Jackson Hole, with big Teton views, abundant wildlife, private access to the Snake River and close proximity to historic downtown Jackson. Yet because the property’s owner has taken a measured approach to development, only a handful of homes have been built to date. Lots range in size from 3 to 6 acres, and many have water features.

Spring creeks flow through the terrain, which is a true Jackson Hole combination of open meadows and heavily forested areas. At times Owl Creek can seem like a wildlife preserve.
